Sustainability Planning Reports
We have undertaken 100’s of reports to meet local carbon emissions for London boroughs and beyond. Most local planning authorities have their own criteria on carbon emissions, some following nation-wide 19% beyond Part L regulations, some, like the London Plan, 35% beyond Part L regulations, and some completely unique.
Other authorities require further reports to demonstrate the case to demolish a property or wider sustainability criteria. All which we can write and ensure your development passes planning in terms of sustainability. We have yet to have a refusal attributed to a Green Tiger report.
